Yucca Research

Public access to an important yucca research provided in a scientific review is meant to bring awareness about a possible treatment for Covid19, and other viruses. Resveratrol, saponins, and yuccaols, are virus fighting compounds, which are abundant in the desert plant named yucca. Luckily, an enormous amount of scientific research has already been conducted on the benefits of these compounds, commonly found in most yucca plant species. Therefore, it is our aim to provide a starting source location where people can find this research.

Virus Fighting Compounds Found in Yucca Research

Resveratol and saponins, through yucca research, have been shown to be helpful with treating or preventing certain viruses such as SARS and H1N1 as well as other human maladies including skin cancer. Importantly, all of the research studies sited within this scientific review come from the National Library of Medicine.

The study of this plant began in earnest several years ago for personal reasons. Subsequently, the discovery of potential beneficial compounds found in the yucca plant led to my launching of Natural Yucca Products. Since that time, I have continued to gather a vast amount of information about the compounds in yucca plants, many of which grow in the American Southwest. The primary purpose I assembled and provided this particular research summary to the many branches of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) was to share the findings of this research and bring awareness to the scientific community about the possibilities from this plant.

The scientific review presented here, based on volumes of yucca research, is just a portion of the scientific articles and published reviews that is widely available to the public. Thankfully, an abundance of virus fighting research is available.

This specific review was sent to all branches of the NIH as well as the CDC in an effort to shine a bright light on these compounds and hopefully be the catalyst for more in-depth research into the possible benefits of this plant species. Even though there is a plentiful amount of research gathered about this particular plant the hope is that by sending this small portion to so many professional scientific organizations, who are dedicated to the advancement of human health, that this scientific review will stir conversations between many esteemed researchers and their colleagues about how best to proceed with new research into new uses for this ancient plant.
